Eggs help to boost your metabolism. They may not be low in calories, but they keep you full.

This stuff is very important to eat when dieting. It boosts your metabolism sharply, and the calorie count isn't half bad.
BERRIES
This is my favorite dieting trick :) most kinds of berries have about 1-3 calories a berry, so it's a guilt free snack.

But it has been proven that the smell of bananas triggers your brain into thinking you're fuller, and you'll feel satisfied. Just make sure nobody is around when you decide to take a whiff...
