It's Halloween again...
You know what time it is... time to be surrounded by candy, and feel bad when you eat too much. Well, even if you don't feel that way, I'm here to tell you how to prevent over-eating (since it's not exactly healthy). And even for times other than Halloween, you can use these tips to prevent bingeing.
What to do~
~Take a shower!~
Not everyone has the time, but if you do, take a shower! It'll help you feel clean, and it'll distract you
~Paint you nails~
If you're beginning to binge, paint your nails. This way, you can't eat without getting the disgusting taste in your mouth! :)
~Make a bracelet~
This is what I do :) I made a bracelet and I wear it 24/7. It's just a simple braided bracelet, but whenever I feel like over-eating (mainly at night...) I look at it, and it reminds me that I will feel guilty afterwards, and that it's also not healthy.
~Brush you teeth~
This will help you feel clean, and it will also prevent you from wanting to eat in the first place.
~Go out~
Go out, have fun, and don't over eat. It's simple, and you also get exercise, or hang out with friends.
