Dieting (The healthy way!)
Here's where you can find diets that are NOT in any way starving yourself :) I made sure that they are healthy, though I still think you should consult someone before going on a diet.

These are DIETS. That means they restrict your amount of food intake. If these diets seem too extreme for you, DO NOT ATTEMPT THEM. Also I go to school, which means I never get to eat much over the day. I am not anorexic, and I don't want other people to be. The calories I list are not completely accurate. I have rounded them to the nearest easy number to work with. The calories may also vary with the brand of food. Sorry if its not correct :(
